For a baby blue, Diana, Princess of Wales Memorial Tartan, #WR-2515 is a good choice. Designed in 1997 to commemorate the life of Diana and to raise money for her many charities.

The family tartan for the Bell family is another lovely lighter shade of blue.

The groom and groomsmen could wear Highland Granite or Douglas #WR1127 tartan kilts.

Still using a light shade of blue, but with purple added in, Blue Toon #3171 is a subtle yet bright combination to build a color scheme around. Blue Toon was designed for the people of Peterhead, the easternmost point in Scotland.

Red roses, lilacs in white and shades of lavender would build as nice color theme for the Blue Toon tartan.

The Anderson clan tartans offer a slightly darker shade of blue, with red/orange highlights

All the tartans shown so far could stand up to red roses, a favorite of women and of Scots everywhere ~

Moving into brighter shades of blue, MacMillan and the U.S. Air Force Pipe Band tartans invite brighter blue flowers, whether they’re roses, cornflowers, or bachelor buttons.
